Your birth data lives in your iCloud account. Encrypted by Apple. Owned by you. We designed PhiVerse so your most personal information never touches our servers.
Your birth date, time, and location are stored exclusively in Apple's CloudKit. Protected by Apple's encryption. Accessible only to you. We cannot see it. We cannot sell it. It's yours.
What stays with Apple
The following data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security infrastructure:
- Your birth date, time, and location
- Your conversation history with PHI
- Your personal profile and preferences
What we can see
To deliver personalized celestial insights and improve PhiVerse, we store:
- Your ΦID (anonymous identifier)
- Astrological positions (signs, nakshatras, dashas)
- SPARK balance
- Device token for notifications
This data contains no personally identifiable information. Your name, birth details, and location remain in your iCloud.
Why this architecture
We chose Apple's CloudKit because:
- Data encrypted at rest and in transit
- You own your data in your iCloud account
- You can delete it anytime via iOS Settings
- Apple handles GDPR compliance
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law:
- Access — Request a copy of your data
- Delete — Remove your data permanently
- Export — Receive your data in portable format
- Object — Opt out of specific processing

Third parties
PhiVerse uses Apple CloudKit for storage and Apple's App Store for payments. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your information with data brokers.
Age requirement
PhiVerse is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
